Situation

This charming chalet is located in the upper part of the village, on the road towards Emd/Törbel, in an unobstructed location without vis-à-vis. It offers a wonderful view of the village and the mouth of the Saas and Mattertal valleys.

Municipality

The idyllic municipality of Stalden is located in the picturesque Vispertal valley, at the interface between the Mattertal and Saasertal valleys - an ideal starting point for a wide range of leisure activities. The renowned destinations of Saas-Fee, Grächen and Zermatt are practically on the doorstep.
Visp, the district's main town and economic hub with companies such as Lonza, is just a 10-minute drive away.
For a few months now, the municipality has been completely free of through traffic, which has significantly improved the quality of life for residents.

The municipality also boasts an excellent infrastructure and a very favorable tax rate.
