Municipality
Grimentz is a charming mountain village at 1,572 m in the Val d'Anniviers, nestled against the impressive backdrop of the Valais Alps. Together with Chandolin, St-Luc, Zinal, and Vercorin, it forms a true paradise for winter sports enthusiasts with five first-class ski areas. But the region also delights visitors in the summer with a variety of hiking trails, bike routes, historic suonen, and via ferrata.
For several years now, the valley’s formerly independent municipalities have been united in the larger municipality of Anniviers.
